Love the boardwalk location. Great front desk. Restaurant and indoor pool very nice. Rooms fairly recently renovated. Only issue is the spa type tub that is hard to get in and out of. They should have been removed at renovations.

The common areas and suite itself were clean and spacious for a good deal. Only thing that could have been better about the room would be a smart TV. Beautiful views, perfect location on the boardwalk. Heated outdoor pool, but the indoor pool was in the middle of the restaurant. Only downside was the breakfast, we paid for the breakfast package and it came with a limited menu and about an hour wait time. The full menu looked great, I would recommend skipping the package and ordering regularly because the prices were about the same for more variety and better food. Booked the ocean front corner king suite for my boyfriend's birthday, got a great off-season rate. Includes a spacious living room with pull-out couch and dining area, basically a full kitchen (sink, oven, dishwasher, fridge) and bedroom with king bed, jacuzzi tub, and side chair. Wall facing the ocean was all windows with a big sliding door leading to a large balcony with chairs and table. Bathroom has stand up shower for 2 with three shower heads as well as typical amentities. We used everything in the room over the course of two days. The room and bathroom were clean and everything was as expected. Used the jacuzzi tub at night while relaxing with the slider door open to hear the waves of the ocean. This hotel also has an indoor pool and two outdoor pools, one with lazy river, which are also ocean front. I would definitely come back in the future, hopefully in warmer weather to use the pools.

Loved this place. Beautiful sunrises on the beach. Staff was so nice. Restaurant was great! 2 pools on the beach. If you like the beach but not the sand this does the trick. Rooms are spacious. We had a kitchen that we didn't really use but it was nice. The only downside is the tubs are super outdated and high walled. For a short person it is difficult to get in and out. For a person with mobility issues address that when booking. There is a bike and mobility scooter rental to the left of the hotel when going out towards the beach and boardwalk. We went to Assateague National park on this stay which is very close by car. We would definitely book here again.

Very nice hotel the room was clean and spacious. It does need a little maintenance with peeling wallpaper and some paint in a few areas. The pool was fantastic especially since we couldn’t go in the ocean because of the hurricane. It's great staying right off the boardwalk and beach but a bit of a hike to the other end where the bulk of the activities and rides are.

This was the first year we were here with the heated outdoor pool open and it was a HUGE HIT! The BEST part of our stay. We usually come down the day after Thanksgiving every year for the weekend with other family members. The front desk said the pool is usually closed by now. You guys should really consider keeping it open for most of December and advertising that and the winterfest of lights. You guys would probably make a killing. The rooms are amazing with full kitchens, a table (great for puzzles) and a living room area. I had many people reach out to me and ask me where I was because swimming outside in November is unheard of. We are always impressed with our stay here at 17th street :)

Room was wonderful and you can’t beat the ocean view. We got a jacuzzi corner room. Probably will avoid in the future, mostly because the jacuzzi is in the same room as the bed and thus everything is tile floor. In the winter.. it’s cold on ya feets! But this isn’t a downstage for the hotel - just personal preference. I did think the chairs needed replacing.. ours had some weird circular stains on it and it just looked pretty worn in general. Otherwise our stay was marvelous and check-in/check-out was seamless. Will return.
